Common use of Nurse Coverage Clause in Contracts

Nurse Coverage. For nurse health coverage for the 2022 and 2023 plan years, the Employer contributes an amount equal to ninety-five percent (95%) of the nurse-only premium of the Minnesota Advantage Health Plan (Advantage).

Nurse Coverage. For nurse health coverage for the 2022 and 2023 plan yearscoverage, the Employer contributes an amount equal to ninety-five one hundred (100) percent (95%) of the nurse-only premium of the Minnesota Advantage Health Plan (Advantage).

Nurse Coverage. For nurse health coverage for the 2022 2018 and 2023 2019 plan years, the Employer contributes an amount equal to ninety-five percent (95%) of the nurse-only premium of the Minnesota Advantage Health Plan (Advantage).
