Common use of Number of students and field of study Clause in Contracts

Number of students and field of study. Each academic year during the term of this agreement, each university may exchange up to five [5] undergraduate or postgraduate students for one academic year of study (equivalent to ten [10] semester slots) at the host university. Two (2) students for one (1) semester of study is equivalent to one (1) student for an academic year. The number of students may be modified from time to time by mutual agreement. It is understood that a balance in number of students exchanged shall be sought over a five-year period.
