Number of Requests and Advances. (a) Unless the Agent agrees otherwise, no more than one Request (other than Requests for Swingline Advances only) may be delivered on any one day but that Request may specify any number and type of Advances from the Revolving Credit Facility or the Swingline Facility or either of them.
