Notwithstanding Article 7. 05.1.1, a Limited-Term Appointment for those Employees who held Limited-Term Appointments during the 2007-2008 Academic Year shall be no less than twelve (12) months. The teaching load for a twelve (12) month Limited-Term Appointment shall be a maximum of eighteen (18) credit hours. The length of the contract and the course load shall be specified in the employment contract.
