Common use of Notification Requirements Clause in Contracts

Notification Requirements. During the Lease Term, Lessee shall immediately notify Lessor in writing upon Lessee obtaining actual knowledge of (i) any Releases or Threatened Releases in, on, under or from any of the Properties other than in Permitted Amounts, or migrating towards any of the Properties; (ii) any non‑compliance with any Environmental Laws related in any way to any of the Properties; (iii) any actual or potential Environmental Lien or activity use limitation; (iv) any required or proposed Remediation of environmental conditions relating to any of the Properties required by applicable Governmental Authorities; and (v) any written or oral notice or other communication of which Lessee becomes aware from any source whatsoever (including but not limited to a Governmental Authority) relating in any way to Hazardous Materials, Regulated Substances or above or below ground storage tanks, or Remediation thereof at or on any of the Properties, other than in Permitted Amounts, possible liability of any Person relating to any of the Properties pursuant to any Environmental Law, other environmental conditions in connection with any of the Properties, or any actual or potential administrative or judicial proceedings in connection with anything referred to in this Section. Lessee shall, upon Lessor’s written request, deliver to Lessor a certificate stating that Lessee is and has been in full compliance with all of the environmental representations, warranties and covenants in this Lease.

Lessee shall, upon Lessor’s written request, deliver to Lessor a certificate stating that Lessee is and has been in full compliance with all of the environmental representations, warranties and covenants in this Lease.

During the Lease Term, Lessee shall immediately promptly notify Lessor in writing upon Lessee obtaining actual knowledge of (i) any Releases or Threatened Releases in, on, under or from any of the Properties Property other than in Permitted Amounts, or migrating towards any of the PropertiesProperty; (ii) any non‑compliance non-compliance with any Environmental Laws related in any way to any of the PropertiesProperty; (iii) any actual or potential Environmental Lien or activity use limitation; (iv) any required or proposed Remediation of environmental conditions relating to any of the Properties Property required by applicable Governmental Authorities; and (v) any written or oral notice or other communication of which Lessee becomes aware from any source whatsoever (including but not limited to a Governmental Authority) relating in any way to Hazardous Materials, Regulated Substances or above or below ground storage tanks, or Remediation thereof at or on any of the PropertiesProperty, other than in Permitted Amounts, possible liability of any Person relating to any of the Properties Property pursuant to any Environmental Law, other adverse environmental conditions in connection with any of the PropertiesProperty, or any actual or potential administrative or judicial proceedings in connection with anything referred to in this Section. Lessor shall promptly notify Lessee shall, in writing upon Lessor’s receipt of any written request, deliver or oral notice with respect to Lessor a certificate stating that Lessee is and has been any matters identified in full compliance with all of the environmental representations, warranties and covenants in this Leaseclause (v) above.

During the Lease Term, Lessee shall immediately notify Lessor in writing upon Lessee obtaining actual knowledge of (i) any Releases or Threatened Releases in, on, under or from any of the Properties other than in Permitted Amounts, close to and or migrating towards any of the Properties; (ii) any non‑compliance non-compliance with any Environmental Laws related in any way to any of the Properties; (iii) any actual or potential Environmental Lien or activity use limitationLien; (iv) any required or proposed Remediation of environmental conditions relating to any of the Properties required by applicable Governmental Authorities; and (v) any written or oral notice or other communication of which Lessee becomes aware from any source whatsoever (including but not limited to a Governmental Authority) relating in any way to Hazardous Materials, Regulated Substances or above or below ground storage tanksUSTs, or Remediation thereof at or on any of the Properties, other than in Permitted Amounts, possible liability of any Person relating to any of the Properties pursuant to any Environmental Law, other environmental conditions in connection with any of the Properties, or any actual or potential administrative or judicial proceedings in connection with anything referred to in this Section. Lessee shall, upon Lessor’s written request, deliver to Lessor a certificate stating that Lessee is and has been in full compliance with all of the environmental representations, warranties and covenants in this Lease, or noting any exceptions.

Notification Requirements. Lessee shall, upon Lessor’s written request, deliver to Lessor a certificate stating that to the best of Lessee’s knowledge, Lessee is and has been in full compliance with all of the environmental representations, warranties and covenants in this Lease.

Notification Requirements. Lessee shall, upon Lessor’s written request, deliver to Lessor a certificate stating that Lessee is and has been in full compliance with all of the environmental representations, warranties and covenants in this Lease.

During the Lease Term, Lessee shall immediately promptly notify Lessor in writing upon Lessee obtaining actual knowledge of (i) any Releases or Threatened Releases in, on, under or from any of the Properties other than in Permitted Amounts, or migrating towards onto any of the Properties; (ii) any non‑compliance non-compliance with any Environmental Laws related in any way to Hazardous Materials, Regulated Substances or USTs, or Remediation at any of the Properties; (iii) any actual or potential Environmental Lien or activity use limitationLien; (iv) any required or proposed Remediation of environmental conditions relating to any of the Properties required by applicable Governmental Authorities; and (v) any written or oral notice or other communication of which Lessee becomes aware from any source whatsoever (including but not limited to a Governmental Authority) relating in any way to Releases related to Hazardous Materials, Regulated Substances or above or below ground storage tanksUSTs, or Remediation thereof at or on any of the Properties, other than in Permitted Amounts, possible liability of any Person relating to any of the Properties pursuant to any Environmental Law, other environmental conditions in connection with any of the Properties, or any actual or potential administrative or judicial proceedings in connection with anything referred to in this Section. Lessee shall, upon Lessor’s written request, deliver to Lessor a certificate stating that Lessee is and has been in full compliance with all of the environmental representations, warranties and covenants in this Lease.

During the Lease Term, Lessee shall immediately notify Lessor in writing upon Lessee obtaining actual knowledge of (i) any Releases or Threatened Releases in, on, under or from any the Property in violation of the Properties other than in Permitted AmountsEnvironmental Law, or Hazardous Materials migrating from other properties towards any of the PropertiesProperty; (ii) any material non‑compliance with any Environmental Laws related in any way to any of the PropertiesProperty; (iii) any actual or potential pending Environmental Lien or activity use limitation; (iv) any required or proposed Remediation of environmental conditions relating to any of the Properties Property required or proposed by applicable Governmental Authorities; and (v) any written or oral notice or other communication of which Lessee becomes aware from any source whatsoever (including but not limited to a Governmental Authority) relating in any way to liability for Hazardous Materials, Regulated Substances or above or below ground storage tanks, or USTs, and/or Remediation Exhibit 10.15 thereof at or on any of the Properties, other than in Permitted Amounts, possible liability of any Person relating to any of the Properties pursuant to any Environmental Law, other environmental conditions in connection with any of the Properties, or Property and/or any actual or potential administrative or judicial proceedings in connection with anything referred respect to in this Sectionthe environmental conditions of the Property. During the Lease Term, Lessee Tenant shall immediately notify Lessor Landlord in writing upon Lessee Tenant obtaining actual knowledge of (i) any Releases or Threatened Releases in, on, under or from any of the Properties Leased Premises other than in Permitted Amounts, or migrating towards any of the PropertiesLeased Premises; (ii) any non‑compliance non-compliance with any Environmental Laws related in any way to any of the PropertiesLeased Premises; (iii) any actual or potential Environmental Lien or activity use limitation; (iv) any required or proposed Remediation of environmental conditions relating to any of the Properties Leased Premises required by applicable Governmental Authorities; and (v) any written or oral notice or other communication of which Lessee Tenant becomes aware from any source whatsoever (including but not limited to a Governmental Authority) relating in any way to Hazardous Materials, Regulated Substances or above or below ground storage tankstanks (if any), or Remediation thereof at or on any of the PropertiesLeased Premises, other than in Permitted Amounts, possible liability of any Person relating to any of the Properties Leased Premises pursuant to any Environmental Law, other environmental conditions in connection with any of the PropertiesLeased Premises, or any actual or potential administrative or judicial proceedings in connection with anything referred to in this Section. Lessee shall, upon Lessor’s written request, deliver to Lessor a certificate stating that Lessee is and has been in full compliance with all of the environmental representations, warranties and covenants in this Lease.
