Common use of Notification of Change Clause in Contracts

Notification of Change. Any employee who enrolls in a District-provided benefit, including but not limited to health insurance and dental insurance, shall notify the Business Office of any change in the status of the employee or his/her dependent within thirty (30) days of the event (e.g. birth, death, divorce, dependent child reaching age of majority, etc.) Failure to do so may result in disciplinary action and reimbursement to the District for benefits improperly paid.
