Common use of Notification Dates Clause in Contracts

Notification Dates. 8.1 An employee shall apply within ten (10) working days following the beginning of a spring semester for the following fall semester. 8.2 If the District and employee mutually agree as to the duties and terms of the retirement contract, such terms shall be reduced to writing within 20 working days of application unless the parties agree to extend that time. Effective July 1, 2008, the agreement between the District and the employee must be in place and in effect as of the beginning of the school year and remain in effect for the full school year.
