Notification and Reporting. Parking Operator shall immediately notify the HAS Parking Division, or its successor division, of any report, discovery, or investigation of any theft, robbery, or fraud. In all cases, Parking Operator shall provide a written report within 24 hours to the appropriate City department describing: (i) the theft, fraud, or damage, (ii) the amount of theft, fraud, or damage as best can be determined, and (iii) the action Parking Operator has taken or intends to take.
