Common use of Notification and Receipts Clause in Contracts

Notification and Receipts. If your purchase is fully processed by BCLC prior to the cut-off time established by BCLC, which said processing includes, without limitation, the complete transfer from your Account of the full amount required to pay for the purchase, BCLC will issue a Receipt which will show, among other things, the selection(s) and the date(s) of the draw(s) or event(s) for which the selection(s) are valid, the amount wagered and a receipt ID number. All valid Receipts are deemed to be Tickets under the applicable Rules that govern the particular Game.
