Cancellation, alteration or modification of Receipts. WCLC and the Interprovincial Lottery Corporation (“ILC”), as applicable, reserve the right to cancel, alter or modify, at any time, the whole or part of the Games for which a Receipt has been issued, and/or any Receipt or any condition attaching to Receipts. If a Game, a Game draw or a Receipt is cancelled, WCLC will make a proportionate refund to Subscribers affected. In the event of alteration or modification of a Game, of a Game draw, or of any conditions attaching to Receipts, WCLC may replace the existing Receipt with a new Receipt reflecting such alteration or modification. The new Receipt shall be effective from the date on which the alteration or modification was entered into the Computer Systems.
