Notice and warning of disconnection Before disconnecting your premises, we must comply with relevant warning notice requirements and other provisions in the Rules. However, we are not required to provide a warning notice prior to disconnection in certain circumstances (for example, where there has been illegal or fraudulent use of energy at your premises or where there is an emergency or health and safety issue).
Nonpayment and Procedures for Disconnection 12.1 If a Party is furnished Interconnection Services under the terms of this Agreement in more than one (1) state, Section 12.2 below through Section 12.19 below, inclusive, shall be applied separately for each such state.
Notices of Violation On or about April 29, 2021, September 10, 2021 and July 21, 2022, Xxxxxxx served Xxxxxx.xxx, Inc. and certain requisite public enforcement agencies with 60-Day Notices of Violation (notice), alleging that Xxxxxx.xxx, Inc. violated Proposition 65 when it failed to warn customers or consumers in California that the Products expose users to lead. Notices Effective From A Notice will be deemed to have been duly given 1 business day after delivery if the Notice is delivered personally, by pre-paid courier or by mail. A Notice that is delivered by facsimile with confirmation of receipt or by email where no delivery failure notification has been received will be deemed to have been duly given 1 business day after the facsimile or email was sent.
