Notices and Information to Insurer. The Company shall furnish to the Insurer as soon as practicable after its filing under this Agreement, a copy of any publicly filed financial statement of the Company and a copy of any publicly filed audit and annual report of the Company, as well as such additional information it may reasonably request.‌ To the extent the Company enters into a continuing disclosure agreement with respect to the Bonds, the Insurer shall be included as a party to be notified. The Company will permit the Insurer to discuss the affairs, finances and accounts of the Company or any information the Insurer may reasonably request regarding the security for the Bonds with appropriate officers of the Company. The Trustee or the Company, as appropriate, will permit the Insurer to have access to and to make copies of all books and records relating to the Bonds at any reasonable time.
