Common use of Notice to Tenant Clause in Contracts

Notice to Tenant. Except as otherwise provided in this Lease, any xxxx, statement, notice or communication which Landlord may desire or be required to give to Tenant, including any notice of termination, shall be in writing and shall be deemed sufficiently given or rendered if it is delivered to Tenant personally or sent by registered or certified mail addressed to Tenant at the Apartment, or left at said Apartment addressed to Tenant. The time of the rendition of such xxxx or statement, or the giving of such notice or communication, shall be deemed to be the time when the same is delivered to Tenant, mailed, or left at the premises as stated above.
