Notice of Unauthorized Disclosure. The Receiving Party agrees to immediately notify the Disclosing Party of any misuse, misappropriation or unauthorized disclosure of Confidential Information that may come to its attention.

The Receiving Party agrees to immediately shall notify the Disclosing Party immediately upon discovery of any misuse, misappropriation unauthorized use or unauthorized disclosure of Confidential Information, or any other breach of this Agreement by the Receiving Party, and will cooperate with the Disclosing Party in every reasonable way to help the Disclosing Party regain possession of the Confidential Information that may come to and prevent its attentionfurther unauthorized use.
