Notice of this Agreement. Each Pledgor shall notify the applicable Pledged Entities of the existence of this Agreement by sending to such Pledged Entities a notice in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit B within three (3) Business Days of the date hereof, or if a Pledged Entity has not been formed by the date hereof, within three (3) Business Days of the formation of such Pledged Entity.
