In the event that the Distributor or the Publisher utilizes or implements any type of digital rights management ("DRM") technology to control the access to or usage of the Licensed Materials, the Distributor will provide or shall ensure that the Publisher will provide the Licensee with a description of the technical specifications of the DRM and how it impacts access to or usage of the Licensed Materials. In no event may such DRM technology be used in a way that would limit the usage rights of the Participating Institution or any Authorized User as specified in this Agreement or under applicable law. If the use of DRM renders the Licensed Materials substantially less useful to, the Participating Institutions or their Authorized Users, the Licensee may seek to terminate this Agreement for breach pursuant to Section 11 of this Agreement.
