Common use of Notice of Termination by Employee Clause in Contracts

Notice of Termination by Employee. 34.1 The notice of termination required to be given by an Employee shall be the same as required to be given by the Employer, with the exception that the additional one week’s notice for Employees over 45 years of age shall not be required to be given.
