Common use of Notice of Receipt Clause in Contracts

Notice of Receipt. Upon the issuance of a receipt therefor, the Company will send or cause to be sent to each Special Warrantholder a commercial copy of the Final Prospectus and written notice specifying the date that the Special Warrants expire and such notice will be sent within one Business Day after the British Columbia Securities Commission, as the principal regulator under National Policy 11-202 and the Passport System, issues the Final Receipt.

Upon the issuance of a receipt therefor, the Company Corporation will send or cause to be sent to each Special Warrantholder a commercial copy of the Final Prospectus and written notice specifying the date that the Special Warrants expire and such notice will shall be sent within one three Business Day Days after the British Columbia date on which the receipt is issued by the last of the Securities Commission, as the principal regulator under National Policy 11-202 and the Passport System, issues the Final ReceiptCommissions.
