Notice of prepayment; reduction of maximum loan amount. 4.6.1 Every notice of prepayment shall be effective only on actual receipt by the Agent, shall be irrevocable, shall specify the amount to be prepaid and the Advance which is to be prepaid and shall oblige the Borrowers to make such prepayment on the date specified. Subject to the other provisions of this Agreement and in particular Clause 2.6, no amount prepaid under this Clause 4 in respect of the Loan may be reborrowed.
