Common use of Notice of Participation Clause in Contracts

To be eligible for the provisions of this article, a teacher must notify the District Office, in writing, by September 1 of each year, of his/her intention to participate in this matching program and the amount of the teacher’s contribution. This notice shall continue from year to year at the specified amount unless the teacher notifies the District Office, in writing, otherwise.
