Notice of Legal Proceedings. The Makers shall, promptly upon becoming aware of the existence thereof, notify the Lender in writing of the institution of any litigation, legal proceeding, or dispute with any person or tribunal, that might materially and adversely affect the condition, financial or otherwise, or the earnings, affairs, business prospects or properties of any Maker.
