Notice of Error in Payment. Except as provided in Section 1.04 of this EXHIBIT E, if within forty-five (45) calendar days after receipt of Anaheim’s Payment, Seller does not give Anaheim Notice of an error in the payment amount, then Seller will be deemed to have waived any error in the payment.
