Notice of Eligibility. During a year in which a librarian is eligible for a reappointment or promotion review, notice of a personnel review for reappointment or promotion shall be sent to the librarian by the DOL no later than six months prior to the next anniversary date of appointment Any resulting reappointment or promotion shall be effective on that anniversary date. For the review for continuing appointment, this notice shall be sent six months prior to the date on which the librarian will have amassed the necessary five years of service as defined in Article 20.6.1.
