Notice of Drug-Related Convictions. As required by the Federal Drug-Free Workplace Act of 1988, each employee covered by this Agreement is required to notify their supervisor within five (5) days after he/she is convicted of a violation of any federal or state criminal drug statute. An employee’s failure to report a conviction may subject that employee to disciplinary action, up to and including termination.
