Notice of Disposition. Written notice, when required by law, sent to any address of Debtor in this Agreement, at least five (5) calendar days (counting the day of sending) before the date of a proposed disposition of the Collateral is reasonable notice but less notice may be reasonable under the circumstances. Notification to account debtors by Bank shall not be deemed a disposition of the Collateral. Notice of any record shall be deemed delivered when the record has been (a) deposited in the United States Mail, postage pre-paid, (b) received by overnight delivery service, (c) received by telex, (d) received by telecopy, (e) received through the internet, or (f) when personally delivered.
