Notice of custodians. 4.1 Moomoo AU will provide written notice and contact details of a sub-custodian engaged by Xxxxxx AU to hold your Financial Products. Such notice will be provided to you by Xxxxxx AU before a sub-custodian holds your Financial Products, unless Xxxxxx AU considers that an engagement with a sub-custodian must occur without delay, as a result of circumstances that are reasonably outside of our control. Where this occurs, Xxxxxx AU will provide the written notice required under this clause as soon as is reasonably practicable.
