Notice of Change of Beneficiary. Immediately prior to any transfer of shares of Stock to an Employee Stockholder's Trust, the Employee Stockholder shall provide WMC and Holding with a copy of the instruments creating the Employee Stockholder's Trust and with the identity of the beneficiaries of the Employee Stockholder's Trust. The Employee Stockholder shall notify WMC and Holding as soon as practicable prior to any change in the identity of any beneficiary of the Employee Stockholder's Trust.
