Common use of Notice of Cancellation, etc Clause in Contracts

Notice of Cancellation, etc. All policies of insurance shall provide for at least thirty (30) days prior written cancellation notice to the Agent. In the event of failure by the Company to provide and maintain insurance as herein provided, the Agent may, at its option, provide such insurance and charge the amount thereof to the Company. To the extent the Agent decides to provide such insurance the Agent will notify the Borrower of such election, but any failure by the Agent to give such notice shall not in any way impair any of its rights hereunder. The Company shall furnish the Agent with certificates of insurance and policies evidencing compliance with the foregoing insurance provision.
