Notice of Arbitration. A Party requesting arbitration hereunder shall give a notice of arbitration to the other Party containing a concise description of the matter submitted for arbitration, including references to the relevant provisions of the Agreement and a proposed solution (a "Notice of Arbitration"). Notice of Arbitration shall be delivered to the other Party in accordance with Section 9.7 of the Agreement.
