Notice of Agreement and Pump and Haul Services. A memorandum of this Addendum (“Memorandum”) acceptable to City and Developer shall be recorded in the Official Public Records of Xxxxxxxxxx County, Texas and that places prospective property owners on notice that wastewater service may be provided by pump and haul service. The Developer shall further give notice to purchasers of lots within the Subdivision that wastewater service will be provided by pump a nd haul until completion of the Wastewater Infrastructure and shall cause homebuilders who purchase lots within the Subdivision to give such notice to subsequent purchasers.

  • Notice of Agreement 1. The Institutions agree to provide a copy of this Agreement, with any amendments, to the Maryland Higher Education Commission.

  • PROCUREMENT OF AGREEMENT CONSULTANT represents and warrants that no person or selling agent has been employed or retained by CONSULTANT to solicit or secure this Agreement upon an agreement or upon an understanding for a commission, percentage, a brokerage fee, contingent fee or any other compensation.
