Common use of Notice of Adjourned Meeting Clause in Contracts

Notice of Adjourned Meeting. At least 14 clear days’ notice of any meeting adjourned through want of a quorum shall be given in the same manner as for an original meeting and such notice shall state the quorum required at such adjourned meeting. It shall not otherwise be necessary to give any notice of an adjourned meeting.
