Notice for Withdrawal. 14 calendar days advance written notice is required prior to the last day of atten- dance. If I do not give 14 calendar days advance written notice of withdrawal, I agree to pay full tuition and fees due for the final two weeks regardless of my child’s attendance. If the parent/guardian does not give such notice, any advance money paid may be retained by SELC without limiting the SELC’s other legal remedies. PERMISSION TO PHOTOGRAPH I give permission for my child to be photographed/videoed in SELC and during program functions and field trips.
