Common use of NOTICE BOARD Clause in Contracts

NOTICE BOARD. 39.1 The employer shall cause a notice board of reasonable dimensions to be erected in a prominent place on the employer's premises accessible to employees for the purpose of posting any notice in connection with this Agreement or other matters related to the employment of the employees which the union may require to have posted.

Any notice posted on such board not relevant to the employees which workplace may be removed by the union may require to have postedemployer.
