Notice and Cooperation on Indemnification. The provisions of Section ----------------------------------------- 11.5 of the Original Agreement shall apply with equal weight to the indemnification of obligations of the parties to this Agreement, to the same extent as if the parties to this Agreement were named parties to the Original Agreement.
