Food and Beverage Revenue; Vending Machine Revenue. All revenue in connection with (i) food and beverage services, if any, at the Hotel (including amounts due from any registered guest of the Hotel), and (ii) vending machines located at the Hotel. All vending machine proceeds shall be counted as close to the Adjustment Point as possible.

Vending machine proceeds and expenses shall be counted as close to the Apportionment Date as is possible and the net amount thereof shall be credited to (or deducted from) Seller at Closing.
