NOTICE AND COMMUNICATION. 12. Subject to any other clause of this agreement and to the requirements of any law any notice, demand, letter or document for service on you shall be deemed to be properly served, in any court proceeding or otherwise, if served in accordance with the wording of section 83ZQ of the Credit Contracts and Consumer Finance Xxx 0000. This applies although that Act may not apply to the collateral and although the notice or demand is not one required or authorised under that Act.
