Notation of Modification on Bonds; Preparation of New Bonds. Bonds authenticated and delivered after the execution of any Supplemental Indenture pursuant to the provisions of this Article IX may bear a notation, in form approved by the Bondowner Representative and the Issuer, as to any matter provided for in such Supplemental Indenture, and if such Supplemental Indenture shall so provide, new Bonds, so modified as to conform, in the opinion of the Bondowner Representative and the Issuer, to any modification of this Indenture contained in any such Supplemental Indenture, may be prepared and authenticated by the Bondowner Representative and delivered without cost to the holders of the Bonds then Outstanding, upon surrender for cancellation of such Bonds in equal aggregate principal amounts.

  • Issuance of New Note Upon any partial conversion of this Note, a new Note containing the same date and provisions of this Note shall, at the request of the Holder, be issued by the Borrower to the Holder for the principal balance of this Note and interest which shall not have been converted or paid. The Borrower will pay no costs, fees or any other consideration to the Holder for the production and issuance of a new Note.
