Application of Supplemental Indenture. The Indenture, as supplemented by this Supplemental Indenture, is in all respects ratified and confirmed. This Supplemental Indenture shall be deemed part of the Base Indenture in the manner and to the extent herein and therein provided.

All Initial Notes and Additional Notes, if any, will be treated as a single series for all purposes of the Indenture, including waivers, amendments, redemptions and offers to purchase.

The provisions of this Supplemental Indenture shall take effect immediately upon its execution in accordance with Section 10.04 of the Base Indenture; provided, however, that the provisions set forth in this Supplemental Indenture shall apply only in respect of the Notes issued under this Supplemental Indenture and not to any past or future series of Securities established under the Base Indenture or any other supplemental indenture.
