Common use of Not interfere Clause in Contracts

Not interfere. The Licensee must not interfere: a) with or overload any of the services that pass through, under or over the Premises and must pay the cost of rectifying any damage which it causes to those services. b) in any way with the operation of the School or with records, materials or equipment of the School's staff and in particular not to use any equipment, furniture, appliance or apparatus of the School, except any item set out in Schedule 2, unless expressly authorised to do so by the Principal.
