Not interfere. The city will not interfere with or discriminate in respect to any term or condition of employment against any employee covered by this agreement because of membership and/or activity as required in this agreement on behalf of the members of this bargaining unit.
Not interfere. The Licensee must not interfere:
a) with or overload any of the services that pass through, under or over the Premises and must pay the cost of rectifying any damage which it causes to those services.
b) in any way with the operation of the School or with records, materials or equipment of the School's staff and in particular not to use any equipment, furniture, appliance or apparatus of the School, except any item set out in Schedule 2, unless expressly authorised to do so by the Principal.
Not interfere. The CITY agrees not to interfere with the rights of employees to become members of the UNION, and there shall be no discrimination, interference, restraint, by the CITY or any CITY representative against any employee because of UNION membership or because of any employee activity in an official capacity on behalf of the UNION, provided such activity does not interfere with CITY operations in serving and carrying out its responsibility to the public and is consistent with the terms of this CONTRACT.
