Normally. leaves shall be granted only after six (6) years of service; but under special circumstances, leaves of shorter or longer duration may be granted, with a minimum of three (3) months and a maximum of nine (9) months. Requests for leaves of this type shall be processed through the Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs to the President.
