Common use of Normal Work Hours Clause in Contracts

Normal Work Hours. The normal work hours may consist of five (5) consecutive days of eight (8) hours each. The Employer specifically reserves the right to institute a regular workweek consisting of four (4) days of ten (10) hours each on a departmental on individual basis (hereinafter referred to as a “four 10-hour workweek”).
