Nonstudent informal complainant. If a person files a complaint about a unit member, the complaint shall be presented to the Faculty member by the Administrator receiving the complaint as soon as possible but no later than tenten (10) instructional days after it was received. If the Faculty member is not available within this timeframe, the complaint shall be presented upon the Faculty member’s return to work.
