Nonexclusive License. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Isis hereby grants to OncoGenex a worldwide, nonexclusive license, with the right to grant sublicenses as set forth in Section 4.1.2 below, under the Isis Core Technology, Isis Core Technology Patents, Isis Manufacturing Technology and Isis Manufacturing Patents to research, develop, make, have made, use, gain regulatory approval, commercialize, sell, offer for sale, have sold, export and import OGX-011 and Products for all uses.
