Nonexclusive License. This nonexclusive license shall apply to the License Area as defined in this Agreement.
Nonexclusive License. You will not (and You will not allow any third party to) use data labeled as belonging to a third party in the Service for purposes other than generating, viewing, and downloading Reports. You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations and Your agreements with third parties in Your use of and access to the Documentation, Software, Service and Reports.

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Isis hereby grants to OncoGenex a worldwide, nonexclusive license, with the right to grant sublicenses as set forth in Section 4.1.2 below, under the Isis Core Technology, Isis Core Technology Patents, Isis Manufacturing Technology and Isis Manufacturing Patents to research, develop, make, have made, use, gain regulatory approval, commercialize, sell, offer for sale, have sold, export and import OGX-011 and Products for all uses.
Nonexclusive License. WRF grants , a non-exclusive, non-transferrable, royalty free, nonterminable, without any requirement of accounting, the right to use Intellectual Property developed through this research Project.

Carnival hereby grants to SeaVision, and SeaVision hereby accepts, for the term of this Agreement, a limited, nonexclusive worldwide license to use the Carnival Marks on and in connection with the design, production and display of video screens for use on the System and the manufacture, promotion and sale of the merchandise (other than perfumes) to be sold via interactive shopping on and through the System (the "Merchandise") in respect to SeaVision's performance hereunder.
Nonexclusive License. The right and license of the Marks granted hereunder to Franchisee is nonexclusive and Franchisor thus has and retains the following rights, among others, subject only to the limitations of this Agreement.
