Common use of Nondisparagment Clause in Contracts

Nondisparagment. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement to the contrary, as a condition of receiving any severance payment under this Agreement, Employee shall refrain from making disparaging remarks, innuendos, gestures, insinuations, actions, or other verbal, nonverbal, written, electronic or other similar such expression concerning the Company or any of the Company’s parent, subsidiary, affiliate or successor entities.
