Nondisparagement Sample Clauses

A nondisparagement clause prohibits parties from making negative or harmful statements about each other. In practice, this means that after signing the agreement, neither party can publicly criticize or speak unfavorably about the other, whether in person, online, or through any form of media. The core function of this clause is to protect reputations and maintain goodwill by preventing damaging comments that could harm personal or business interests.
