Nondiscrimination in Services. 3.5.1 Contractor shall not discriminate in the provision of services hereunder because of race, religion, national origin, ancestry, gender, age, marital status, sexual orientation, physical disability, mental health condition(s), or medical condition(s) (except to the extent clinically appropriate), in accordance with requirements of federal and State law. For the purpose of this Paragraph 3.5.1, discrimination in the provision of services includes, but is not limited to, the following: denying any person any service or benefit or the availability of a facility; providing any service or benefit to any person which is different or is provided in a different manner or at a different time from that provided to others; subjecting any person to segregation or separate treatment in any matter related to the receipt of any service; restricting any person in any way in the enjoyment of any advantage or privilege enjoyed by others receiving any service or benefit; and treating any person differently from others in determining admission, enrollment, eligibility, membership, or any other requirement or condition which persons must meet in order to be provided any service or benefit.
