The Board and the Association agree that in matters concerning hours, wages and conditions of employment, they will not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, height, national origin, gender, disability, age, marital or family status, military status, ancestry, genetic information, sexual orientation or any other legally protected category.

Grantee and its subcontractor(s) shall give written notice of their obligations under this clause to labor organizations with which they have a collective bargaining or other agreement. Grantee shall include the nondiscrimination and compliance provisions of this clause in all subcontracts to perform work under the grant.
