NONCOMPLIANCE WITH THE CIVIL RIGHTS LAWS. In the event of the Recipient's noncompliance with the nondiscrimination clauses of this Contract or with any of the aforesaid rules, regulations, or requests, this Contract may be canceled, terminated, or suspended either wholly or in part. In addition, the State of Iowa may take further action, imposing other sanctions and invoking additional remedies as provided by the Iowa Civil Rights Act of 1965 (Chapter 216, Code of Iowa) or as otherwise provided by law.
